I forgot - to your previous comment about philips coloretc, I think that 1/180 without flash wouldnt be good, flash freeze them. When you want to use your philips, you must send more more higher speed...but your philips dont give you enough light :D I advice you to maybe color the water, it would be easiest way

Its many types to add color to water (also without do this). Water have reflective options, it means that what you add under or into your glass bowl reflects in your drops ;) you must try and choose the best way for you. Gd luck
